Beginning on April 6, 2020 Harriet had the pleasure of leading a four week workshop she created called, “Mindful Mondays” for the Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church.
This virtual 4-week program through direct experience addressed how to:
Topics included stress reduction at work and at home. The program was interactive, and participants were able to leave with life-changing, actionable skills to use to increase work performance and become more efficient in everyday life.
Mindfulness is now being incorporated by companies to lower healthcare costs, support employees in staying focused which improves their productivity, and reduce levels of stress.
