Mindful Monday Series

Beginning on April 6, 2020 Harriet had the pleasure of leading a four week workshop she created called, “Mindful Mondays” for the Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church

This virtual 4-week program through direct experience addressed how to:

  • Easily build a Mindfulness practice through both formal and informal activities, and
  • Quickly create space in one’s life to accomplish what you want to achieve, be it less stress or a better night’s sleep!

Topics included stress reduction at work and at home. The program was interactive, and participants were able to leave with life-changing, actionable skills to use to increase work performance and become more efficient in everyday life.
