Meet the Presenters

Theresa is an award-winning trainer, speaker, and culture maven who specializes in leadership development.  With internationally experience in both the financial services and pharmaceutical industries, she now specializes in training technical managers. Theresa has worked with a number of “Best Place to Work” organizations to create workplaces where people want to work, and the leaders they want to work for.  Her mission is to grow leaders who will restore and maintain the soul of their organizations.  High Five Performance is the company that Theresa founded 17 years ago. She is a proud graduate of the mindfulness program through University of Pennsylvania.  Her side hustle(s):  stand-up comedy, Meet the Author at the Pyramid Club, beaded jewelry, essential oils, speaking at job search groups, booking guests for the Emmy nominated PBS-39’s Counter Culture, and volunteering at the local cat shelter.  Theresa suffers from FOMO (Fear of Missing Out)!

Harriet has more than thirty years’ experience in the healthcare industry, including almost a decade teaching Mindfulness at Johnson & Johnson. She is a Registered Nurse and professional presenter, whose passion is to enable individuals to take steps toward a healthier, more fulfilling life through this practice. Harriet is recognized as an “inspirational teacher” and utilizes humor to teach the practice of Mindfulness. At J&J she taught Mindfulness to more than 5,000 of her colleagues, gave presentations at internal leadership summits for global audiences, and instructed on Mindful Leadership. She completed advanced teacher training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. Harriet earned a BS in Nursing from Albright College and an MS in Health Administration from Saint Joseph’s University. When not working, she enjoys taking photographs and videos that clearly demonstrate the positive and lasting impact that Mindfulness can have on our daily lives. Eight years ago, Harriet launched her company Big Toe in the Water, LLC.
