Mindfulness Matters

Are you interested in living better, longer? If so, then you will want to hear why this physician at the University of California – San Francisco says she, “…has noticed that some of her patients who meditate are able to reduce medications (such as antihypertensives and antidepressants) as their blood pressure, stress and depression decrease.” Harriet will be addressing this topic when she presents to The Professional Care Alliance of the Delaware Valley (PCADV) on July 10, 2019.

The Many Benefits of Meditation for Older Adults will be both discussed and experienced during this highly interactive presentation.
